Consistently the single worst Sonic I have ever been to. Wait times are atrocious and they have forgotten about my order all together multiple times. As well as making orders wrong on several occasions.
I had coupons that I used. I didn’t realize until after I’d been given the total that the amount was wrong. When my order was brought out, I asked about the overcharge. The girl didn’t understand and I spent about 5 minutes trying to explain basic math to her. Finally, she said, “ I don’t know nothing about that. I just work here.” Second bad experience I’ve had with Sonic lately.
I ordered a medium mozzarella sticks with 2 marinara. I received jalapeño poppers. I’m allergic to peppers. So now my mouth is numb and swelling. I’ll spend my whole Sunday recovering from a severe allergic reaction. When driving and snacking you just take a bite. Check your order completely before leaving.
This place is garbage. We ordered our food, 20 minutes later I was told my order was basically missed. 10 minutes after that I got my order (double bacon cheeseburger). The fries were old. The burger was cold, and they managed to forget to put the bacon on the double bacon cheeseburger. I don’t know if Bojangles is any better next door, but I’d prolly try it out before eating here. Also, to top it all off, I was given free large soft drink coupons for my troubles.
