So i just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches and a route 44 ice coffee, not only did i have to wait almost an hour but i didn't get my drink. The sandwiches were barely even warm they didn't give me my extra onion and lettuce. It was gross. And the patty didn't even look like chicken and the sauce tasted fishy. The driver claimed they didn't hand her a drink. And she apparently didn't even read my order to make sure everything was there. I ended up getting my money back. I have came to the western ave location 2 times now and on both occasions they took 20-30 minutes to let me order while there was no other cars there. This time was worse because when I drove away I saw all of them outside at the drive through door just talking. The only way to get service is go to the drive through door. Can’t ignore you then I guess.
Went here three times, ordered from the app, paid good money for my meal, and came up short three times. Each time order was wrong. Waist of money. Have to get refund through the app. Spent most of my lunch break here to have no lunch. Why can’t I get what I pay for. Avoid this location
I would love to give it zero stars but it's not an option. I quit eating here a long time ago but my wife wanted to give it another try. We got cold hotdogs, a cold burger and at least they threw in cold tots to make it better. Never again!
I've been to this Sonic numerous times and gotten tots that were lukewarm at best and sometimes just plain cold (first world problems, I know). When I drove up this time and ordered, I specifically asked if they would give me fresh hot tots. I received my order and drove away but the tots were once again cold. Nastiest place I've ever had food was disgusting and drinks were even worse and on top of that didn't even get all of my order never again would I order from there!
