I stood in the drive thru for 9 min only to get a cold burger and cold fries, and they couldn't even give me a refund I had to go back the next day for a refund, the manager was very apologetic, about giving me my refund, but was a total waste of Time
Waited two hours for my food, corporate needs to make sure they have enough employees. … used to love this place but I’m not sure when I’ll come back .
Couldn't take our order. The lady thought it was for a different order and then didn't take our order. So then we went to the drive thru instead they took our order and then tried to give us the wrong size and tried not to give us the rest of our order.
We were there for over 30 mins ordered 2 drinks and never received them, had to hit the button 3 times to get anyone to answer and they didn't even have our order even though all the acts around us had come and went. We were told they were very busy, but there was only us and 1 car in the drive thru don't waste your time and effort, staff was rude and didn't care that they completely forgot us.
