At the time I was working for the same company, my mom and I came through the drive through for two route 44 drinks. I repeatedly asked a carhop that was going to the stalls politely if our order could be taken, and we continued to sit at the window for 45 minutes. The excuse of the employee who answered the window was that they were too busy to help us, and we left feeling like our time was wasted. My mother is undergoing kidney failure with only 16% function. She was told she has 5 years left to live. Instead of helping me support her as much as possible financially, Sonic (D.L. Rogers) refuses to schedule me. They would rather claim I am still employed by the company rather how much it adversely affects my life, or the lives of those around me. Will no longer give this location my money. Regularly take 20 minutes plus to make drinks, and order is still wrong half the time.
