5/4/25 pm went to order dinner thru drive-thru very rude person handling orders made everything so difficult and def acting as if they did not want to be at work. Management should be aware so bad we left without food due to difficulty with placing order of someone who does not actually want to work. Would tell us they dont have the item then add or replacement and then remove from screen. Was worried they would do something to food so canceled order and left. Very disappointed probably will not be back.
Twice in a row I ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger with just ketchup and onion and got everything on it instead. This was a delivery and stated specifically ketchup and onion only. Why can you not get orders correct? Paid good money for a hamburger that is not edible to me.
Yesterday We had been to the place... There was some language issue and thereby resultant delay. Overall we had been treated well. We are fond of Sonic and were frequenters to the Bartlett location. We miss Sonic at Bartlett.
