Inattentive is the best word here. It's 8 pm, I'm the only car here. How do you give the wrong sauce and wrong flavored milkshake on a single entree order? It's clearly spelled out on the screen, on the receipt. The order was obviously understood, so why the gap in putting the right things in the bag? It's a sonic, you know what the food will be like, but the handful of times we've been here it's been disappointingly consistent in never quite getting the order right, no mater how basic the order.
