Worst Sonic in existence. I’ve been numerous times and written off my bad experiences, but not anymore. After waiting 30+ minutes, I was served my food by someone with blood all over their hand. You work in food service, wrap up your wound. Disgusting. I will never return, and you shouldn’t either if you value your time or your health.
Went and ordered at the bay. Credit card slot didn’t work. 15 - 20 minute wait later and went through the driveway and told my order was being worked on. Went back to the bay and got out at the order window. No acknowledgment I even existed. Terrible customer experience. Never going back again.
Pésimo servicio, me tuvieron haciendo fila por casi mas de una hora para recoger mi pedido y me dijeron que no servía la maquina de helados, lo peor es que pregunte primero en ventanilla para recoger mi orden y me mando directamente a la fila de carros y no menciono nada sobre la maquina, pésimo servicio de todas las personas, no vale la pena por su pésimo y malas condiciones del establecimiento
