Wasn’t even able to place my order because the large bald white man refused to take it for some reason. I contacted corporate because I was so baffled by my experience. I get there, no one in front of me, only one car in the stalls, and am told that it’s gonna be a 5-10 minute wait. I waited for 15 minutes before saying “Hello, can I place my order now?” I was ignored and gave it another minute, I then said “Can you let me know if I can place my order so I know if I should leave or not?” Ignored. The man that’s working the drive through during the afternoon is VERY VERY rude. Yelling, throwing his headset, cussing. His tone to the people at the window and speaker is absolutely atrocious. And I’ve had a couple experiences with this same man at this location. I probably won’t be returning And the wait times are unacceptable, waiting 20-30 minutes for an online order already prepared and paid for is not good
Drive through attendant has an aparent learning disability.
I placed my online order, and was told about 15 mins after I pulled into the stall the worker stated “stalls are closed, drive thru only” there were three other vehicles in stalls waiting for service, and then waited about another 15 mins in the drive thru, and the food was ready the whole time, very disappointed with the service
Didn't order anything because the lady taking the order was so unserious. Waited in a parking spot trying to order there for like 10 mins nobody answer the order button. Then we go thru the drivethrough and the workers in there being loud laughing and screaming like it's playtime. The girl asked us to repeat our order like 4 times for each item. Kept repeating back the wrong thing so we just left won't be coming back. Terrible customer service.
