I just called at 10:36pm on Monday Night, June 16th 2025. Whoever is working, picked up the phone and put it down just to mute it. Thank you, this is after I already tried a different spot and they don't have ice cream. So I wanted to call beforehand and verify, but you have extremely disappointing customer service.
This is the second location I had to go to in order to receive the order I placed in the app (first place waited to tell me the ice cream machine was broken until I’d sat there for 15 minutes). Sat at new location for another 15 minutes just to call them and be told they actually only do drive through at this time (no indication of this on the app). The worker was literally hiding from me. When I go to apply. Noone ever responds . Every time I go there. Absolutely reason to believe that they need help. . The lady seems she wants to do everything by herself. Wonders why noone like to fo there
