Ordered 2 cherry slushes, a foot long coney, and mozzarella sticks at 12:00. Arrived at 12:20. No coney in sight. Took 5 minutes to bring change. Another 5 to bring the coney. This is more of a nit pick but the cheese was cold. Clearly just made. Never going to this location again.
Don't count on your order being right 70% of the time. They're always getting it wrong even when it's ordered on the app & it says it right there!
Customer service is absolutely ABYSMAL! I waited over 30 minutes for just one drink, didn't even order food. There was one car ahead of me and it looked like they ordered two drinks. I love sonic drinks, but genuinely dont understand how this place stays in business if they only sell 1-2 drinks per hour! On a Saturday afternoon, saw many cars pull up and leave after waiting 10 minutes. I should have done the same.
Poor customer service, half the screens don’t function, the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant.
Rude service they made my order wrong and got mad when I told them about it and she grabbed the drink from me and made another one the wrong way again and shoved it at me and closed the window on me while I was talking
