Food was good but we went twice both times they got our order wrong. 1st time ordered 5 combos they forgot two of the burgers. Second time they forgot fries from a 3 item order. They apologize and give you the items when you ask for them but no sincere apology or extra fries to say they were sorry.
I specifically asked for no ketchup and yet the hotdog is covered in it. Hire people that know how to read.

25 minutes for a cheeseburger and a limeade is wild. Will just go to a sit down restaurant next time. Slowest sonic service in san antonio.
The food is fine it’s normal sonic quality, but the service at this location it atrocious. I’ve been here twice now and every time it seems like the workers just hate everyone and everything. They also made fun of my wife and I for the size of our orders twice now. We are feeding a family. I wish customer service was something that was still taught or used.
