My wife and I have been going To Sonic since we started dating (40 years ago) we have continued to frequent Sonic to this day. It truly pains me to write this review. We took our son and granddaughters to Sonic #6911 in Warrior, AL. We placed our order with Miranda, paid $54.73 plus a $5 tip, waited for the food to arrive and it did in a reasonable amount of time. We sat in our vehicle for over 20 minutes waiting on them to bring the condiments! When I ordered our food I ordered ketchup for 3 people when he delivered he said there were 10 packages of ketchup in the bag and walked off so I looked in all bags there was no condiments the fry’s were ice cold and extremely salty And we waited over 20 minutes and no one brought anything out after we asked for stuff we normally do not eat at the Carlisle sonic because of this but it was close today! We will not be going back

Wondering why it seems like no one cares about the fact that the manager at Boaz Al Sonic is vaping inside the kitchen while food is being made!!! They thought we would eat the food they made while this guy was smoking there??? Did he really not think about food contamination? My wife and I bought 2 "Smash-Burgers, Sunday afternoon, on the 14th of Sept. And not only did it have hardly any flavor to it,, but also, it was the soggiest, sloppiest, messiest burger I have had, since way back when Wendy's used to advertise their "Hot and Juicy", sloppy, soggy, sorry burgers.

Hey guys I’m the Genral manger of sonic 6115 at 7725 w university I have signs put out and they keep getting taken off we are not ingoring anyone we are haveing trouble with our commutations we are working to fix it as possible,  as some of my  costumers may know sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t,depends on if it has rained within the last few days we do have a drive through that never gets ingored while I appreciate y’all’s patience with us we are working really hard to  get 100

I ordered chicken bites via door dash not only were they cold and it only took them about 15 minutes to be delivered, they were so hard my dog who is a bully had trouble chewing them! it was my first and what a disappointment.

I understand working late shifts can be tiring. I work in the service industry, as well. But I just visited this location and was met with eye-rolling, & no greeting. Staff walked away without a word. Order was correct, customer service was poor.

The worst!! I ordered a chocolate shake and there was maybe enough ice cream in it to make it look like it was ice cream in the cup. It was was mixed w a very dense cream almost like a whipped cream. It was not cold and they put strawberry syrup on top!! I couldn’t drink it so as I poured it out it had chunks of that dense cream substance all through it and a Cherry came out too!! Sonic has gone to he$$! I will not return I almost feel nauseous!! My husband ordered a strawberry shake , same thing!
