Are the onion rings supposed to be this rock-hard? The crispy chicken tasted like it was over-fried too. I only visit this Sonic, so I can't compare it to other branches, but it was definitely different from my last visit. Pretty disappointing.
I’ve been to this specific location quite a few times and it is always such a wait. I don’t really understand why or what’s happening. This time I got two drinks. After waiting 9.5 minutes for the people in front of us (I was curious so I timed it) we waited another 3 before the window opened for us to pay. Sort of a crazy wait for one car in front of us and two drinks. I’ve been to other locations and don’t have that issue. Other than the wait the food is always just fine.
