We've been sitting here for 30 minutes literally waiting on a uber order there are four cars backed up in the driveway or drive through sorry. The manager is the worst she told me it will be right out and it took 30 minutes I asked her what the problem was she said the patties were still frozen. Regardless you should be prepared no feedback to the customers on what's going on. waited at this store for over 20 minutes at a young lady who finally brought the order out after 20 minutes was rude as ever she was horrible she came out to the car once to ask who the order was for after I had already told them from the drive up and then they sent me through the drive-thru this is horrible service whoever this young lady is definitely needs to be taught what customer service is by her manager or she needs to get a new job this is the worst service I've had at any Sonic at all
Ordered online to be ready at 2:12. Checked in at 2:13. Didn’t get food into 2:35 while multiple other customers got their food
They don't care about nothing over here waited 40 mins for tots and 2 drinks
