Took twenty minutes before someone came to the counter to take orders. Only one person parked and two in the drive tru. Not really any excuse for the slow service.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Party of 6, with two 4 yr Olds. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, even after ringing bell 4x's. Brought our food out in pieces in a bag! No trays the guy said. Literally took 4 trips to get full order. Burgers were all squished. Chili dog was totally a mess..& fries were ice cold! Tables were all dirty with other customers garbage. Poor lady running it all on her own! Management should be ashamed. I was super patient and took 30 min from begging to end. I released it was only her working. Management should be ashamed having 1 poor lady running it on her own. Disgraceful and 10/10 on the employee . She was kind but you could tell she was stressed again shame on the management. Give your employees the chance to succeed that’s your job. To give your team the tools to be successful. Leaving her by herself isn’t giving anyone the chance to succeed.
