Awful wait times, didn't get the food that I paid for.
Almost an hour to get food in drive through then still missing several items. Oh, and we were 1 of 2 cars in line. Think employees make you wait in hopes people leave, which is exactly what the 3 cars that came in behind us did. Can't imagine how its remained open. Food was gross! Spent around $80 and threw out everything except fries and sodas. Sonic, you suck!
Frank on the night shift is great! Great customer service and always happy when greeting customers!
This location is a joke. 2nd time I've given this place a shot and once again, No service. 18 hour work day and all I want is a burger. Walked in, Rang bell for service, Wait, wait, 5 minutes later, Someone peeks out from the back and says, will be with you when we can...Then that's it...you never see them again...15 minutes and counting ...Haven't even placed an order yet....Never again. 3 stars on Google and most are 1 star reviews...Close it down...If you are in the area, Go next door to Popeyes.
