Showed up 845 in person there had an online order for 3 soft drinks. Spent 20 minutes there waiting on the drinks
Fast service. Very friendly waitress “SANAI” and helpful.
Ordered on the app while sitting in the stall at Sonic. 7 minutes later said someone would be out shortly with my order. After no one showed up for 15 minutes I rang the button and someone answered and told me my order would be out shortly. Another time in kitchen notice popped up. After 40 minutes of waiting I rung again and asked for a refund. Someone came out looked at what I ordered on the app and came back within 2 minutes.
