First of all, I wanna say thank you to the store manager. My problem was I was in the drive up line And the kid named Sophie, was very rude. After I placed my order, I went to the window, and waited about five minutes when nobody came out I went into the store. I told Sophia a very professional voice that when somebody’s waiting at the window that long, somebody should at least come out to the window and say hey it’s gonna be a few more minutes or We are backed up. Severly disappointed with the service I recived today. I had to repeat myself 4 times only to get my food and find out when I got home that they made it incorrectly, the pattys are old, dry and hard, the lettus is soft and wilted, no cheese on my cheeseburger just over all not pleased with this location
