I came in late last night. I was really tired. Had a lot of personal issues going on, and I mistook an act of kindness by Sophie for something that was not intended. Every time I come into the store, she’s been so polite to me, especially after the death of my wife. She is an outstanding employee and a credit to sonic. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Bought a foot-long chili cheese, Coney and chili cheese, tater tots today the food was very subpar very stingy with their cheese and their chili. Excellent service though.

First of all, I wanna say thank you to the store manager. My problem was I was in the drive up line And the kid named Sophie, was very rude. After I placed my order, I went to the window, and waited about five minutes when nobody came out I went into the store. I told Sophia a very professional voice that when somebody’s waiting at the window that long, somebody should at least come out to the window and say hey it’s gonna be a few more minutes or We are backed up.
