Went through the drive through ended up getting the wrong size blast. We didn't realize until we got home called back and they told us they only charged us for two smalls. Well if two smalls is 13 dollars sonic your overcharging. Didn't give me a receipt either so guess im just out the money thanks
Please teach Employees how to operate drive-thru. Sat in one side forever while the far side kept getting their order taken and never switched to my side. Also, had extra charges on card more than once bc apple pay doesn't clear out timely so it double charges from previous car. Do better.
went last week. Took 10 minutes to get two drinks in the drive thru.
This Sonic always does a very good job. But, this morning was the best Sonic I've had in some time.
