I placed an order on the app for mobile pickup, my estimated pick up time was 11:18.. I waited 45 MINUTES. The whole point of mobile pickup is so we don’t have to wait!!!!!!!
Please make sure your employees don't hang up on their customers when there was an issue. They laughed and hang up
Finally a location with good management and actually makes my order correctly and doesn’t take 30 minutes like all the Knoxville locations.
