Final Edit: last couple months, service has been horrible. you can be one of 3 cars and you will wait 20minutes or more for your order. if this was a race, they wouldnt even cross the finish line. they dont care. they dont try and apologize. they continue to mess up order after order. they almost killed me a few months ago with a bag clip (one of the M shaped plastic ones) in my burger. no more chances.
Their number to combo the triple Smashburger is off the chain. Sonic makes a great burger they did get my order wrong but they made it right. I highly recommend the triple Smashburger.
Does not follow directions when you customize an hamburger online on the app. They put whatever they want, ignore if you request no pickles, mayo, mustard, ketchup. The tots use to be good. The last few times I ordered them they tasted like burnt oil.
