High prices for bland, dry food.
I am a DoorDash driver and the employees tried to get me to pay $36 of my own personal money for an order that was only $10. Completely rude and unacceptable.
Sat in the drive through for 4 minutes, without even getting acknowledged - thought they'd closed early until i pulled away and saw a car at the window. Gets frustrating....the least they could.have done was say "be with you in a moment"
Store is always understaffed. Food is sloppy. Employees always say there's only two of us here, and the stalls are closed and you have to go through the drive-thru which is completely packed because there's nobody there. Usually staffing is reflective of management. This issue's been going on for too many years.
