We just picked up some food, and whoever the girl is walking out food right now is extremely rude. For Adairsville to be such a small town, it has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You all need to do better.
My order was perfect! Lily was great with the accuracy of my order, and also I could hear a smile when she was speaking through the microphone. That shows pride in doing a job and that matters so much! Thanks to her and the rest of the team!
They never answer drive thru or speaker box
I h!very been going to this sonic since it opened. The staff was great as usual. The horrible today. Bothe the burger and the fries are very over cooked. The fries were hard dark and inedible. The burger was almost crunchy. I do not believe anyone should eat here ever again...sooo disappointed.
