ABSOLUTELY THE SLOWEST DRIVE THRU I HAVE EVER BEEN THRU!! It does not matter what time of day it takes FOREVER!!!
Went to stall to place my order. Pushed the button and waited then the screen timed out. Did this 4 times b4 I yelled out the window and said is there anyone working in there. A girl finally came out and had to write down my order. Other people did the same thing and girl had to write theirs to. They prefer to take the drive thru orders than the ones in stalls.
I placed a mobile order at 5:47pm, while sitting at a stall. At 6:20 pm I went to the main building and asked a young lady if they received my order because we had been waiting so long. She replied yes. We waited another 20 minutes (full hour now) and my husband went to check on our order. He brought back the food. It was luke warm at best and missing 2 items. There was ONE other car, so they weren't busy at all. I'm just disgusted.
Definitely my go to sonic, food and service was fast and accurate. Definitely will be back!!
had a great service and food was fresh !! kaylee was so sweet and nice about everything i had to ask her name so everyone could know the type of worker she is!! really approving around here!
