Emily & Justin are beyond the rudest people I’ve ever met. Especially Emily. Sonic should be ashamed to have any one acting like that in their uniform. Reported to corporate, and I truly hope they fire her.
Up until a couple months ago I had no complaints with this sonic. Now it's horrible. Don't know if there's been a change in management or not. The employees are very disorganized and act like they don't have a clue. One lady ever time i come which is a couple times a week is standing outside yelling at someone in her phone. I always order online. Mostly just a drink. There can me no cars there but me and it still takes 15 mins to get 1 drink.
The person taking my order was rude. Kept getting the order wrong. Acted like I was bothering her. I told them twice that I didn't want pickles on my burger and they still put pickles on my burger. Waited back through the line and she rolled her eyes and yelled I need another smash burger with no pickles like she was exasperated that I wanted my order correctly. Food wasn't good and the service was worse. My milkshake was only half full. Would not recommend to anyone.
