Paid for my food, after about 5 mins, said my food was on the way out. 20 mins later, had to go up to let someone know I never received my food.
I’ve been coming here less and less because it seems like there’s an issue every-time. All I ordered was a medium blast on a mobile order. Pulled up into a mobile order spot , put which stall in the app. I waited 30 minutes , no one ever came over. There’s no button in the mobile order spots anymore to contact anyone so if there’s an issue there’s nothing you can do really. The past several times I’ve come here I have waited in the drive thru for up to 30 minutes with only a couple cars there. This time I decided to pull around to see what was taking so long and the employees were dancing around and on their phones. Their tater tots are the BEST!! Always fresh and crispy and goes great with a vanilla coke
Got the double smash burger and Tater Tots!Smash burger tasted horrible and the tater tots was very old like they have been sitting out all day! Don't waste your money here!
