The service is excellent. They were packed but still friendly. Food was hot, loved the smash butger
I went to the sonics around 2 pm and got a corn dog and pickle fries and it was the most nastiest food that I have ate !! The food looked and tasted like its been sitting all day !!! And they didn't even call my order back to me so I didn't even know if it was right until I got it !!! And FYI when someone asks for extra candy in there drink it should come with extra candies !!!!
Completely overlooked our order and we waited 15 min past expected time per app. And drink had so much ice and almost no drink
Unparalleled customer experience. Employees here would be rude after simple requests like more than one tiny ketchup packet. The most miserable fast food service workers in town. Food is great tho I love sonic and wish I could go there without the attitudes everytime. I now go to restaurants that don't mind giving me condiments that I ask for when I am paying for food.
