I was just there and I saw they messed up one of my drinks so they replaced it, but then when I got home I was missing some of my cheddar peppers. I called up there and asked if they could just take down my name to replace it another day, because I would have to load my kids back into the car. I could hear them in the background being rude and they ended up saying "I guess". I told them never mind and that I could hear them and hung up. Terrible customer service.

Lauren, Hali, Ashley and Mandi were very unprofessional and very rude. Lauren brought my order out and didn’t say a word just dropped my order in the window and walked off. Mandi told hali and Ashley to send me very rude messages. They are just petty individuals all the way around

First of all they had a speaker that didn't work when I told him they made me move to another lot which is okay but they took three people's older before they took mine then they got my order wrong got to keep telling her over and over again and then they still brought it out and it was wrong stall that doesn't work I am so done with Winnie Wood Sonic I will go out of my way to go somewhere else if they don't straighten up their act
