Every time I go it’s a bad experience.. none of the stalls speakers work keep having to switch never answer.. go through Drive Thru and OMG the line is so long.. spent close to 20.00 on drinks and tasted bad not what I ordered.. saw a lot of customers mad and complained about the wait time.. drive thru so slow.. need to have your fastest workers in your drive thru not your trainers.. tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again But nope 3 attempts.. Waited for 28 minutes for two sonic blasts. Came out and only the top portion had toppings, the cup was full of plain ice cream. Manager said, oh yea the mixers broken so we’re just trying with the shake machine. Offered a refund, waited an additional 30 minutes for verification. No communication at all. Worth the drive to go to a different location!
Order 3 $7 big deal meals. Fries were cold and they forgot the ice cream. Tried to call, NO ONE ANSWER!! Never given receipt, either!!! I do not recommend ANYTHING!!! waste of money!
