System was DOWN. No signs were posted. They refuse to come by and let us know that the system was down even though we sat there for 15 minutes. My husband went up to the door and asked him when they were going to answer the call button, that is when we found out that the system was down and we had to go through the drive-thru. Then in turn you couldn't order from the drive-thru menu you had to go to the window. There was no sign posted on the drive-thru menu either. Their service is good but I think they need to keep an eye on their liquid dairy products. I had ordered a cold coffee, and it was sour. I mentioned it to the worker, and this lady was very kind enough to fix the problem.
Was trying to place our order at the speaker, after waiting 15-20 minutes. The girl asked for our order, got half way through and was told hold on and took care of some other customer. When she finally got back to us, another 15-20 minutes. She asked what stall are you in. The customer service at THIS location is awful. 25 minutes now, and they brought the WRONG order.🙄 Finally have our order. While waiting I noticed that someone else's order showed up on the screen.
