Their service is good but I think they need to keep an eye on their liquid dairy products. I had ordered a cold coffee, and it was sour. I mentioned it to the worker, and this lady was very kind enough to fix the problem.
Was trying to place our order at the speaker, after waiting 15-20 minutes. The girl asked for our order, got half way through and was told hold on and took care of some other customer. When she finally got back to us, another 15-20 minutes. She asked what stall are you in. The customer service at THIS location is awful. 25 minutes now, and they brought the WRONG order.🙄 Finally have our order. While waiting I noticed that someone else's order showed up on the screen. Dr Pepper tasted terrible, and smelled bad. Messed up on the Chessy Bacon SuperSONIC stacks by only giving one patty and didn’t take off anything we asked to be taken off. And it wasn’t toasted. One slice of bacon each… Forgot to give us our fries, but we noticed that before we pulled off.
