I ordered 2 shakes with the app. When I got there the app wouldn’t let me check in. Went to 3 different stalls. Pressed each button and waited minutes for a response. Had to go inside and tell them…. Waited more, drove to another stall and the button finally worked (don’t know if the kiosk was broken but the clerk was sure slow) 15 minutes later they bring my half melted shakes with no straws or spoons. You should drug test your staff and fix your machines. I’ll never be back.
Ordered online and something messed up, the charge went through but did not show up on their system. I talked to the manager and confirmed the charge was taken from my checking account and he personally delivered the order to my home! Went above and beyond and the smash burger was outstanding! Definitely eat here!
