I had meant to leave another disappointing review about this location some weeks ago, but just didn't have time. I got time today to write about two, separate incidents. Today I ordered a limeade, but the drink the server brought out tasted like plain sprite. I call for a remake, and the same server says, "just so you know, the limeade is Sprite and lemons". 🤦Sprite and lemons for a LIMEade? I know sprite is involved. I’ve been coming to this Sonic since I was a kid, and it used to be a reliable spot with decent food and reasonable service. Sadly, those days are long gone. I recently ordered through the app and waited 20 minutes for my food. While they appeared busy with only two carhops working, I watched multiple other customers receive their orders and leave during my wait. The guy taking orders was short and not friendly at all. We ordered lemon berry slushes…they were NOTHING like the original. You used to put strawberry purée in them. Now nothing 🥺 The waitress was new but nice.
