Ordered ahead using the app. Good burger but it didn't have any bacon on it like I had ordered.
Got a large order of chili cheese tots and got the smallest amount of chili… like barely covered two or three tots… definitely not prepared properly it looked like it was the last little bit that they scraped together, and the chili that was on the tots was burnt like it had been reheated.
The food is always good and hot. I love their grape slush.
Went through the drive through, lady left us at the drive through after attempting to take our order (we asked her to read it back because we ordered a meal and she didnt ask what drink so we knew she had it wrong), had to CALL the store to get someone to answer and take the order. Ordered two large meals but they didnt give us large anything (even though she confirmed large over the speaker), didnt give us a receipt and messed up our order. Management needs to hire better.
