Went through the drive through, lady left us at the drive through after attempting to take our order (we asked her to read it back because we ordered a meal and she didnt ask what drink so we knew she had it wrong), had to CALL the store to get someone to answer and take the order. Ordered two large meals but they didnt give us large anything (even though she confirmed large over the speaker), didnt give us a receipt and messed up our order. Management needs to hire better.

18 minutes to get my food, not at rush hour. Burgers tasted like they had sat awhile and the chicken tender in the wrap had some hard spots.

Have lived nearby for years and always give them a chance every few mmonths yet they always mess it up. Had a mobile order 15-20 mins ahead of time (only two drinks), sat in the stall for 30 mins waiting, watching as they served everyone else in the drive through and inside and even one other parked car that ordered food instead of getting my order to me.
