Ordered some ice cream & a slushie from Sonic for pick up. Get there and everything is sitting out on a hot counter, melted. They refused to make new ones. Who lets slushies and ice cream sit out in the heat to melt? Do they not have a freezer to hold these types of items? Sonic you need to up your game. It should not take someone 20 minutes in the drive through to get your food. I had to leave and was unable to get my food for work
