Exactly what a Sonic should be
I used to love Sonic, but this location has really gone downhill. The burgers are okay, but the fries are consistently bad. And I’m sure the oil hasn’t been changed in days
Horrible service! I order one item, a float that has ice cream in it. I ordered it on the mobile app and checked in at the mobile app pick up car spots. I sat there for 15 minutes till I finally called the number if you have a problem with your order. They were kind on the phone and said they would sort it out. Then an employee came out and said they had no ice cream. Why didn't someone come out when I first checked in to alert me to that fact? They weren't busy with 5 employees inside. Placed my order, never came. Finally 30 minutes later I walked in to their surprise. They forgot it under the heating lamp. I'm so pissed I didn't just ask for my $ back instead of taking that cold ass food. Never again!
