I submitted an online order for 2 drinks. I waited for 20 minutes and never got the drinks. I contacted customer service and they also were 0 help. DON’T go to the Sonic it is a rip-off.
I ordered a large strawberry limeade. It took alot longer than I would expect for just a drink. When the server brought my drink and I tried to pay using my card, apple pay, google pay, etc I was told their system was down. I didn't have cash. He walked away with my drink. Couldn't he have just given me the drink? It's not like I had a large order. It was one drink. smh
