I ordered online before because I have a very short lunch break. There was no option in the pickup area to let anyone know I was there. The app said to hit the red button. Nope. I had to go to a regular area and waited FOREVER for service. The food was subpar. Needless to say my lunch was over before I could even eat. Would not recommend for ordering ahead.
Since they put all the (order online) stalls, you can't get service. When you do it takes forever, orders aren't right and just over it! Use to be a general manager for 7 sonics in Texas and this shit is a joke.
They are so friendly and helpful. They recorded a whole order for us after our dog ate it and then gave us a pup cup the next time we came through.
