Merit worthy failure. Drive thru cashier refused to handle a pick up order for Uber and became audibly frustrated when we stayed in the drive thru anyway and explained that we wanted to place an order for ourselves as well. After trying repeatedly to ask for a cheesecake blast, we pulled around without getting our own order to pick up the Uber order at the front door, and we were then met with criticism for waiting in drive thru while our customers order was getting cold inside.
