This place has gone downhill since new ownership. It is really disappointing. We were regulars. Family of 9, here constantly. Like twice a day for our caffeine fix for YEARS and would sometimes order food Loyal as they come. New ownership ruined it. They are rude, order accuracy is not great, online ordering always down and they won’t honor half price drinks when they turn off the ability to order or use coupons. Not as clean. So the person taking my order didn't get it correct. They came out to take my payment and that's where the one of the errors was caught. They did offer to correct it. But , I decided to try the pickle fries Turned out to be a good mistake. But, I am not sure how much extra it cost me. Pickle fries vs crinkle fries... We stop here fairly often for desserts, drinks and the occasional burger or chili cheese tots. They’ve always given us exactly what we order and service is quick.
