UPDATE: 20250301: If customer service is not important to you, this is the Sonic for you. Management does not change the expectations. Recent order, carhop appears with my order. REFUSES to hand it over to me so I can check it for accuracy until I pay for it first. Seriously! Would not hand it over. Finally, I give her the money and I ask for the order so I can check it. Daughters sugar was low. Stall wasn't working with no sign or block for that stall. waited 10 minutes before actually having to call them to come take my order. Ridiculous!
