I e been here for two years, rating at this Sonic once or twice a week. Up until mid March 2025 it was flawless and amazing. Now, it is a rarity that my order isn’t completely messed up. Condiments or toppings missing or incorrect, paid additions (I.e. cheese) missing, etc. I love this sonic but something must’ve changed in March and people should be aware of the frequent order issues.

Got a big red instead of cranberry limeade, and they put cherry on my Sunday when I told them I was allergic
