I agree with the first reviewer, and it's now seven years later. The best thing this unit could do would be to fire everyone there, close for a bit, and open up again with a new staff; new attitude.
I witnessed the drive thru employee sneeze while making my ice cream dessert. She did not wash her hands before returning to making my dessert. I didn't see where her hands were when she sneezed but I would think hand washing wasn't too much to expect. The manager was quite rude when I asked for my money back.
