I ordered a cookie dough blast . When they brought it out to the car it was a Reese’s cup blast. I told the lady it was wrong and she said “sorry let me go fix it” They brought me back a new blast and I left. I go to eat it and it was the same blast. They just poured cookie dough on top .
They have 1 carhop, and they are running her ragged! Im assuming the manager is the one with the bull ring in its nose, not doing anything to help her. MY onion rings burned to a crisp. Do better! If you have people not showing up, maybe check your manager and who you hire. Because you all using that 1 girl, and running her into burnout. Unacceptable!! Your reply was very unprofessional. "Check this"... DO BETTER!!!
Food was old and cold.
I will not be coming to this location again. Every time I come they jip me on the sauces that I order. And this time I try to ask about for them the girl just shook her head and said I don't know. She did not even offer to give me an extra one from their tray, so I would much prefer to drive further away than come to this location again...
