Traveling to Charlotte and stopped here for lunch right at the lunch rush. It was busy and apparently they were short staffed but the gal who assisted us by taking our order and asking everyone to be patient was quite an exemplary and very professional employee. I definitely empathized with her and overall she did an amazing job with our order etc. I hate that she had to run around like that and try to hold down the fort for the entire business but I get it, it happens sometimes and when it does you just have to do your best... read more
Appears to be dramatically understaffed. Bathroom dirty, smelly, and disordered. Could not get ketchup or a napkin with our fries and chili dogs despite asking twice.
The past few times I have gone. It's taken 30 minutes or more to get my food. Today the food was ok, the times before that it was not edible or just wrong. I get the same excuse "new workers"... That still shouldn't take 30 minutes to bring out a cherry lime aid that identifies as a strawberry lime aid.
