SHOUTOUT TO THE CLOSER(S) ON MARCH 18, 2025!! My boyfriend had promised me a treat for helping him with moving and we noticed that sonic was open for 30 more minutes. I meant to order to the kaliste saloom location near ambassador and instead ordered it to this one because it's the one near his new place. A SINGLE SHAKE ORDER DIDNT GET MADE TWICE VIA DOOR DASH.. MY GF WAITED OVER AN HOUR WAITING FOR SOMETHING THATS MEANT TO BE A QUICK DELIVERY. Geniunely the location needs to be taken out off of doordash and needs a new manager that gives a damn it seems.
Every time i go it takes so long for the food to be ready. There is always a problem with the paying system, wrong order, or worker making us wait in the drive thru for super long.
