Very nice waitstaff even for it being 10 p.m. when I ordered
The drink they made me was disgusting and I politely asked for a different drink or a refund and I gave them the drink back it. I had one sip of it. I was told they would not make me a different slushy if the same price. I am very upset I am at work. I want to talk to cooperate because the way I was treated was even more disgusting than the mop bucket flavored slushy they sold me
The Manager on duty, Katy, couldn't manage a trip to the bathroom. Whenever I wasn't pleased with the taste of my watermelon slush, I took it back. Twice. Both times it was remarkably difficult to negotiate. It's a drink. Take it back. Serve a new, fresh drink. Gain a repeat customer. But Katy refused to replace my drink. Michelle, you need to get your crew on the same page as the customers.
Strawberry slushes were very good.
