So we decided to try this Sonic again since years before it was one of the slowest places to get fast food and get the order correct. Well, nothings changed. Food still takes a very long time. Our order was someone else’s? We got double patty hamburgers which we didn’t order, cheese tater tots which we didn’t order and the cheese was still in its square shape, hadn’t even melted…gross!
Good service and friendly. Lately these carhops have been amazing. I'm very impressed. But.... Removing over half your kiosks is stupid. And many of the stalls without kiosks don't have stall numbers so you can't even order on the app. Fix it.
