The manager on duty (who told me his name was Pappy) on May 29th at 10:00 AM needs to be released from those duties. The people on staff are charging people incorrectly for morning happy hour and there was not a single person on shift at this current time who has any customer service skill or capabilities. After calling the store, its clear this is starting with the manager on duty. I did call 2 other locations to ensure I was not in error about being overcharged by $4.00 for my order and those sonic leaders were fantastic!
