Placed a pre order 20 min in advance and still waited 20 min for it to come out. Absolutely horrible. I’ve never came to this location and didn’t see a customer leave early due to the wait. Being a regional retail manager in my past and a current manager now I’ll go somewhere else next time that can at least keep enough staff on shift to support their massive drive in lots..

This is one of those locations that needs to be put out of business. Horrible service.

I placed a mobile order, got over to the location, waited until they brought out my order only for half of it not to be there. I tell the girl who brought it out and she gave me a little bit of attitude then said she would check on it. Proceeded to wait 10-15 more minutes for her bring out our already half melted shake and blast only for them to be completely wrong. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

I really can't stand how location will hit the "your food is on the way" button make it appear they are doing their job and fast but its a lie. You can still wait up to 10 min after. Today I ordered mozz sticks and ice then the rude lady said "what else"? I said and ice please she said "I HEARD YOU" then you repeat what i ordered and then ask is there anything else? The key word here....anything not what else. Ghetto, trashy location.
