I stood outside and waited 15 minutes after pressing the button to order. There were NO cars in the drive thru. I felt like they do this on purpose or something. Highly aggravated. Then.. they proceeded to charge me for 2 water cups ???? After I waited 20 minutes for a $19 dollar order. Not coming back here ever again. Rather go to Burger King next door at least they don't make you wait like that... Smh y'all do better .

Love Sonic!! My favorite snacks! Ordering is difficult at times, having to repeat my order 2-3 times in the drive thru is frustrating. Update 6/10/2026 - not getting what you order is extremely frustrating, especially since I tip well. I ordered a sprite zero, no ice and make it dirty (which costs a little extra). I never got the "dirty" part of my drink. It's not difficult, it's just paying attention.
Everytime I go here they get my order wrong. The is already mid as is, and then you get my order wrong smh
