I attempted to leave a new review but had issues with the system, so I’m posting it here. Tonight, I went through the Sonic drive-thru with my grandmother and had a very disappointing experience. My order was messed up multiple times. They canceled my original order after I had already placed it and driven up to the window. Then they charged me for the wrong items, refunded it, and still managed to ring it up incorrectly again.
