I love it but it needs more decoration make it pop

Whoever did our order in drive thru at 12:55 got our entire order wrong with us being the only car, (a coke, root beer and a pretzel) putting Red Bull, and a Coke Zero and no pretzel, once getting the order correct she then decided to talk crap about us RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOW TO A COWORKER then act fake and ask for our money like we didn’t hear her. The manager gave us a fake apology and still expected our business.
The food was hot and exactly how i would expect it to be.
