July 3rd, passing through and thought Sonic. Whom ever is in charge of inventory needs to be retrained. The workers were trying hard with what they did have. I couldn't do a survey because no receipt paper was available. The workers tried but inventory failed.
Drinks were great, went back great service again
This used to be a great place when it was at the old location. But now, it's usually hit or miss. Several times when I make an order on the app, it won't let me check in. They say I should go through drive-thru. But last time the check-in worked and I waited over 20 minutes. They claimed they never got a notification but I was right in front of the checkout window and a car hop had delivered food to other people. I lived local to here, and every single time I've gone. It takes forever compared to any other sonic. This place doesn't have their stuff together.I will never return to this location.I wouldn't recommend it to anybody either.I also had somebody who worked there and revealed disgusting things about this location
