I think this sonic is proof that sonic was never meant to be a drive thru. Unlike other drive thru chains, sonic doesnt have quite the 'fast food' service time. As a drive in, i can expect to sit, think about what ill have, place my order and wait about 10-15 minutes. The drive thru gives the impression that ill be done in less time than that. I ordered a blue raspberry cream slush with extra cream online. When I picked it up there was no cream in it at all. I asked the guy at the window did they put cream in it and he said” idk I don't make online orders “ so I asked him if he could ask them to remake my slush with extra cream how I ordered. I gave him my slush and he came back in less than a minute with the same slush no cream added..
