Half of the drive up stalls are broken. I ordered an be checked in on the app, but they couldn't see my order so my food sat for 20 minutes until I could get their attention. Seemed understaffed as well.
I go to this location a lot for a bag of ice, ya I know I'm part of the weird group addicted to it . Anyway one particular employee by the name of Teresa, is rude every single time I go. I have reported her to the manager and all he said was he'd take care of it, of course that never happened. I always say thank you and NEVER get a "you're welcome". I always feel so bad for the ONE worker who shows up for work each day at this sonic. Maybe you should pay your employees better so you can hire more staff. If there is more than one car in the drive thru get ready for a LONG wait.
