No cash option anymore? Businesses participating in this are unamerican and the problem in this country. A business that won’t accept cash will never get my business. Nobody wants to scan a QR code to order food. They took down all their menus. You now scan a QR code to even see what they have. So tacky. What about the elderly or people without a phone. Just NO! Go back to the old way.

Around 2pm I came to the drive thru order and the hospitality is not good. Manager attitude sucks bad. Very unprofessional will never come back here. They need to make sure the drinks are closed right because the drink spilled all over in my car.

Absolutely the worst service I have gotten at any Sonic location ever. I waited half an hour, asked them how much longer it would be, waited another 15 minutes, then had to go through the drive thru where they handed the order right out. The complete lack of communication and having wasted so much of my time while I am trying to work was extremely unprofessional. I even spoke directly to the manager who seemed to not be very concerned with the whole process. I didn’t even get any sort of apology or offer to make things right... read more
