Very polite. Food was good and they got my drink order just right.
On 7/19 - at 4:22PM stopped by the drive-in sonic to order a drink. The staff was laughing and hollering through the intercom while I’m placing my order. They started mocking my order and mimicking me. Management should really look into this and talk to these associates about professionalism. I’m really disappointed with the service. Regardless of them being kids there’s a level of service and training that should be addressed. Didn’t realize customer service sucked this much I wouldn’t have came here! Do better.
Slowest service
So don’t order ahead there is no advantage and their system up and goes out and instead of helping they just go inside and don’t have the tools to train customer service. Refrain from this sonic and run up a road somewhere to another one that has trained and functional staff.
