My husband and I tried to eat at Sonic Sunday. They have took out many of the stalls for mobile pickup. They can go through the drive thru to pick up the order. We had no way to order and eat there. Also the menu boards are very hard for a passenger. I have to lay down in his lap to see it. We tried Sonic a few miles away and the same. We will not be back.
Every time I have picked up a door dash order from this Sonic they have taken an absurd amount of time. tonight I went to get an order that was just assigned to me and was immediately told someone had already picked it up and they didn’t have it and hung up the microphone. So I try to get on door dash and get help which didn’t really help and messaged the customer and they said it says no one has their delivery and they’d already placed their order over 45 minutes ago and asked for fast delivery. I ordered 2 Brioche Egg and Sausage biscuits through the drive thru. Paid cash. The next morning we were going to eat them, and when I unwrapped them their weas no egg! Just sausage and cheese. I called and they stated they were sorry and to bring my receipt in. We'll, as most people, I threw the receipt away. He stated he could not do anything without the receipt! Really!! I could show him the biscuits they made a mistake on. It's obvious it came from them. Attitude bad! Would not buy from them again.
