Jacob is very rude. I tried to order like I do almost every day. And he was so snarky to us. Very unprofessional. Very condescending. I just wanted a burger, no side of attitude needed. 🤔
I come in almost every night and spend money after work. I've been coming in the past week and got nothing but disrespect from only one of the workers, his name is Jacob which ended with him yelling at me and telling me to get off the premises so I will not be spending money at sonic no longer !!
Slow service even when I order online and show up when it tells me I still have to wait atleast 15 mins
The drinks were ok. The pretzels over cooked, so dark brown. They needed to change the oil. They were understaffed. We waited over 40 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 pretzels. The place was packed in the hottest part of the day!
Every time I come to this location it takes long time to get food and it’s never fresh and the drive thru workers are unpleasant I def dread coming to this location even though it’s really close to my house.
