First, we waited at the speaker for our order to be taken. After waiting a while, we discovered the sign (almost hidden) that said the speaker was broken and we had to order at the window. Our SOGGY, burgers were COLD, fries salty and hard, and chicken tenders were overcooked. This was a waste of $25. The slushie was good though. Everything else was horrible. Pulled up to drive through and the speaker had a sign reading that the system was down and to pull around. So I pulled around and tge cashier just stood inside and looked at me without ever coming to the window to acknowledge that I wanted to make an order and I sat there for 10 min before pulling off to go somewhere else. Rude customer service
I pulled in and the stall i was and it didn't work. Got out of my truck to go to the walk up stall. Stood there for a while until and employee came up and said it's broken too. Please label out of order if it's broken and then fix it
