Waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes before even ordering. Pull up to pay and waited several more minutes to pay. When the window was opened I was hit with a wave of marijuana stench. Our food was saturated with the odor, inedible. This sonic is really circling the drain.
First time at this location. Asked for no cheese. Receipt says no cheese. Got cheese...... asked for lemon strawberry drink. Got strawberry...... no reason to go back.
Left at the stall for over a hour with no food being brought out and the drive thru being cleared. Had orders be wrong before aswell.
Honestly not what I expected, been a long time since I decided to go there. But my hotdog was cold and the cheese was not melted. Really disappointed.
The person taking the orders was very confused. It all worked out in the end as he came outside to deliver my shake they forgot at the drive thru.
