Against my better judgement I accept another order from this place. Greed is a hell of a drug. Uber order picked up. Took me 10 mins from where I picked it up to arrive. The order is 2 drinks. I press the call button. Wait 1 minute. I press it again 30 seconds later, I get a reply and ask for the order. I wait 5 more minutes. For 2 drinks. 10/10. This is how you Sonic!
Went to sonic for lunch, everything seemed fine we ordered with the app (which finally worked). We got our food and left then we realized we hadn’t got multiple of our items. So we sent someone to go back and get the stuff they forgot. They drove all the way back and told a worker (who we will refer to as “Karen”) they forgot large fry and a slushie. When purchasing multiple drinks would be helpful if they were labeled is my only suggestion. Wiping off any drinks that have soda dripping down the side would be great.
