Half the outside service stations are out of order. My order was simple 2 burgers no ketchup no pickles. And somehow I got home and bit straight into a pickle. If you can't accurately prepare an order you should find a new job. Employees complaining about them being left on shift with no help yet cannot complete an order
Waited long, car hop lady was nice though
When you go through the drive-thru at 820am and nobody answers you 3 employees cars are there guess they dont wanna work
Absolutely the worst experience. Drove on the lot and ordered 2 drinks sitting right outside the front door. No other cars on the lot and it still took 10 minutes to get my drinks. When they finally did arrive they were already watered down. Sat and watched multiple employees standing around talking.
The person who took our order was either completely inattentive or simply didn’t care. Almost every part of our order was wrong, which made for a really disappointing experience. Mistakes happen, but getting virtually nothing right is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this visit left us extremely disappointed, and we’ll think twice before coming back.
