Tried to order but apparently they are having problems with the speakers because the employee messed a simple order up several times . When trying to correct her the last time she said your total is $, thank you and hung up. I pressed the button again and the employee had to come out because she couldn’t hear me ( she did it with the car next to me as well). The Sonic in Denton off of State School service has really been going down hill the past several months. This spot use to be a regular for the family. it’s wrong order after wrong order. Today I asked for the manager due to the app not working and again the order was wrong. I spoke to the manager once more to try to correct the issue and not only did she NOT help but she was rude. Been coming to this location for over 2 years, they have never once gotten anything wrong. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The employees are also always really nice and friendly!
